		<description>I think one of the worst things we can do to our kids is give the impression that you are supposed to be perfect.  How refreshing and healthy it is for kids to see their parents just being people, and dealing with it in principled ways.</description>

		<description>From my point of view reading your post it seems pretty clear that you are modelling for them what being a mother is - and that is your legacy to them! It&#039;s also a family value, surely. And also, I reckon that you don&#039;t need to be perfect - that knowledge will be your legacy to them too - a very valuable one at that. And I grinned at the thought of you yelling at them and losing it - I believe that modelling *how* we settle arguments and put things right with each other is also our legacy to them. And while we&#039;re mentioning not being perfect, I can&#039;t even read what I&#039;m typing here cos it&#039;s so tiny, so this will be imperfect too. Good post!</description>
